Margaret is a holder of a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate innovation from Strathmore University and a Bachelor of Commerce (1 st class Hons) graduate from University of Nairobi. She is a certified Women in Business advisor by Goldman Sachs (USA) and a certified trainer of trainers (TOT) by Achieve Global -South Africa. She is also a practicing entrepreneur, management consultant, scholar and publisher on small and Medium size businesses – She has published (CC-BY 4.0) by Cogent Business &; Management: 2019: “; The effect of banking services on the business performance of bank agents in Kenya.

Margaret has over 28 years’ experience at senior management in the Banking industry and as a business and projects consultant. She has undertaken lead roles in Key Micro finance bank restructuring, investor sourcing and on boarding: Worked as consultant and business advisor for the Goldman sachs “10,000 women in business” project, a World Bank sponsored innitiative at USIU and undertaken USAID projects as Quality Assurance consultant among other small and medium entreprises coaching and trainings programmes. Margaret is a serving council member – University of Eldoret, council member of Zetech University and Board member LOLC Micro Finance Bank PLC among other public and private organizations.

She is a Rotarian (Paul Harris Fellow) at Rotary club of Karen.

Joy holds a degree in Project Planning and Management from Moi University . She is a social change agent and advocates for healthy, peaceful, and inclusive societies with over four years’ experience in community mobilization and development. She is passionate about Youth and Community in development.

Maggie Holds a Professional Diploma in Computer Engineering/ICT, a Diploma in Business Management from Nairobi Institute of Business Studies, and a Graphic Design Certificate from Africa Digital Media Institute(ADMI). She is Lead graphic designer with over 8 years of experience.  Maggie helps Awiba network heighten visibility by providing creative designs, quality printing and strategic Digital marketing.
